Bollywood will witness Prakash Jha’s Satyagraha with Amitabh Bachchan

Bollywood’s unusual director Prakash Jha is making another rock-solid movie with hard hitting subject named Satyagraha. The lengthy cast of movie is Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajapyee, Amrita Rao and Indraneil Sengupta. Kareena Kapoor is playing a character of an international reporter which is slightly inspired from Christiane Amanpour and Amitabh Bachchan is playing a role which is very similar to Anna Hazare. Satyagraha is a political drama with twisty screenplay and current political affairs. It has been penned by Anjum Rajabali, Sagar Pandya and K.V. Anand. Satyagraha is produced by Prakash Jha and Sunil Lulla under the banners of Prakash Jha Productions and EROS International. The music is supposed to be scored by Harris Jayraj and recent news has confirmed that movie will have a song of Gandhi “Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram”. This song will play an important part when story is turning and a crucial moment will come in life of character which is played by Amitabh Bachchan. Prakash Jha has roped Indian Ocean band to create a song for youth anthem. The song is completed and Indian Ocean will be featured in film with this song. Satyagraha is currently under shooting and should be released in August, 2013. There are so many expectations from film, so let’s see how it fulfills our cinematic appetite. 

Alejandro González Iñárritu is making comedy called Birdman

Alejandro González Iñárritu is very well known for his awesome Hollywood movies which have sensible, serious and twisty screenplays like Babel, Amores Perros, 21 Grams and Biutiful. This will be his first comedy movie, so it’s shocking and exciting too. His latest flick is named Birdman and it will be a dark comedy based on Broadway stage. The stage will be filled by Michael Keaton, Emma Stone, Naomi Watts, Edward Norton and Zach Galifianakis. Birdman is a story of an actor (Michael Keaton) who used to play a superhero on stage and now his plans are failed due to a new egoistic lead actor (Edward Norton). Emma Stone will play Keaton’s daughter and Naomi Watts will play a leading lady on stage who has just came out of rehab and become more sexier and ravishing. It has been produced by Fox Searchlight and New Regency. Birdman is written by Nicolas Giacobone, Alexander Dinelaris and Armando Bo along with Alejandro González Iñárritu. Birdman will hit the floors in April and we should be nourished with it by the end of 2013.

Bollywood will be emerged with fresh talent of Abhay Kumar very soon. Abhay Kumar has made several short films and he has won national awards for the same. He is now looking forward to make a full length feature film named Placebo on very unusual concept. Abhay Kumar was working independently with his team; however, he will need a finance to make a full length film. Anurag Kashyap has recently joined as an associate producer for Placebo. It will be made under the banners of StorytellerINK & AKFPL. However, they are running short with finance as it’s a huge movie and they need to complete the rest of the movie and post production. Abhay Kumar has made this small trailer to show what exactly he is making and what is Placebo and to present their film to get more funds. It’s an incredible trailer I’ve ever seen. It’s just awesome and I can’t imagine what this guy will do in full length film if this is just a trailer. Dharma Production announces another one “Shuddhi”

Bollywood’s one of the biggest production house Dharma Production is getting ready to make a big movie to release on Diwali 2014. This will be a second venture to be released on Diwali after Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Karan Johar has announced his latest venture named Shuddhi. It will be a large scale love story, like we always receive from Dharma Production. Shuddhi will be directed by Karan Malhotra who has made Agneepath last year. Hrithik Roshan has been signed in main lead for Shuddhi; however, the leading lady and rest of the cast are yet to be finalized. Karan Johar, Karan Malhotra and Hrithik Roshan will be teaming up again with Shuddhi after Agneepath and most of the crew will be same as Agneepath. Karan Malhotra is working on this script from almost a year and finally he is ready with it. Shuddhi will hit the floors by the end of 2013 and it will be released on Diwali of 2014. Let’s hope we get best of it.

Bollywood shares first look of YRF’s Gunday

Gunday is the latest venture of Yash Raj Films and the first look has been published. The bullies of Gunday are Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan and Sushant Singh. It is being made under the direction of Ali Abbas Zafar who has given us Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. Gunday is set in 1970’s Kolkata, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor are playing thieves who gets involved with coal mafia to take the story further for different twists and turns.  The first look of movie is looking really nice and seems that it will be bit interesting too. Both main leads have worked hard to maintain their physic and it does look good in pics. The shooting is going in full flow at Kolkata and we would be able see the trailer very soon. Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan are ready to do another movie together

The pair of Bollywood's superstars Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan is really awesome and we have got the best when they have paired up. We still remember and appreciate their pairs for Mohabbatein, Veer-Zaara, Kabhie Khushi Khabhie Gham and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. We will be able to see this pair again in their next movie which will come soon. It will be directed by R. Balki who has made CheeniKum and Paa earlier. R. Balki has already worked with Amitabh Bachchan and this will be his first film with Shahrukh Khan. The title has not been finalized yet; however, the reports are there that movie is having very unique concept and the storyline is different & interesting. The script is being guarded as Balki don’t want to reveal any single thing from story. Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan both are going to produce it under their home production ABCL and Red Chillies Entertainment respectively. Both of them are currently busy on their projects, so shooting for this film will be started by the end of this year probably and we should be able to see this one in 2014.

Ek Thi Daayan is a horror-suspense thriller and till now story line was not clear enough. The reports have cleared some dust out of it and presented that it’s a story of a magician called Bobo (Emraan Hashmi) who is having a lovely wife and good career. However, his hallucinations are keep haunting him and he consults a psychiatrist to discover the reasons behind it and he finds it that in his childhood his family was destroyed by a Daayan. He was promised by Daayan that she will return to destroy him as well. Bobo ignores everything and moving ahead with success and love than suddenly a new girl named Lisa Dutt enters in his life and he starts thinking that she is Daayan. Now, we need to figure out that whether she is or it’s just a doubt or someone else is Daayan or there is no Daayan. The latest poster of Ek Thi Daayan is looking marvelous with lovely and dangerous hairs of Huma Qureshi, Kalki Koechlin and Konkona Sen Sharma surrounded around the cute face of Emraan Hashmi. Let’s just wait till 18^th April, 2013 to find out the Daayan from Ek Thi Daayan.

Richa Chadda has completed her next flick Fukrey

Bollywood’s lovely, beautiful and strongest doll Richa Chadda has amazed us with her different roles and she is ready with another one. She has recently finished the shooting of her next venture called Fukrey. It’s a movie based on Delhi’s youngsters and their life. It has been written-directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba who has made Teen They Bhai for us. Fukrey has been produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. Richa Chadda is so happy with this film and Excel Entertainment. The rest of the stars are Pulkit Samrat, Manjot Singh, Ali Fazal, Priya Anand and Vishakha Singh. Fukrey’s music has been scored by the great Ram Sampath. Richa’s upcoming movies are Ram Leela, Tamanchey and Ishqeria. Let’s hope Richa hit us extremely hard as she always does.

Abhay Deol has geared up for his next One by Two

Abhay Deol is one of the very intelligent and talented actor of Bollywood. He has now become a producer too and his next movie is under his home production only. This flick will be a romantic comedy and it has been named as One by Two. It does have a catchy name and I believe that movie will be good too as it’s going to be Directed by Devika Bhagat. She has written screenplays for Manorama- Six Feet Under, Bachna Ae Haseeno, Aisha, Jab Tak Hai Jaan and I, Me aur Main. One by Two will be Devika Bhagat’s first directorial venture under Abhay Deol’s home production. The leading lady for One by Two has been selected from real life love interest of Abhay Deol which is Preeti Desai. She has marked her debut with very well performance in Shor in the City. One by Two will hit the floor from next month and we should be able to see by the end of 2013. Just eager to see this one as I am sure Abhay will bring something new as always.

X-Men: The Days of Future Past’s casting is running in full speed

Earlier Bryan Singer had confirmed that almost all the members from the X-Men are going to ensemble for X-Men: The Days of Future Past and most of them are coming too. However, there will be some new faces too to be introduced. Bryan has recently confirmed that Omar Sy is now X-Men and he will join the crew for X-Men: The Days of Future Past. Omar Sy is terrific actor and he has recently blown us by his rocking performance in The Intouchables, but it has not been conformed yet that which character will be played by him. Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart are almost confirmed. The buzz is there that they may approach Peter Dinklage for a key role. However, there is no confirmation of Halley Barry yet which is disappointing her fans. 20thCentury Fox and Bryan Singer are not going to give us any chance of complaint and they are going to make biggest blast in Hollywood with X-Men: The Days of Future Past.

Shahid Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha to sizzle with Rambo Rajkumar

Rambo Rajkumar would be another typical masti-masala Bollywood flick. It has been produced by EROS International and Next Gen Films. Rambo Rajkumar would be directed by Prabhudeva and shining stars for this will be Shahid Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha. Rambo Rajkumar would be a romantic dancing movie with full of action and entertainment package of Prabhudeva. He has stated that this movie will have a new avatar of Shahid Kapoor with different kind of character and movie will have real & raw action. The shooting has already begun in Bhuj from March and it is all set to release on 15 November, 2013. Rambo Rajkumar’s first shoot has started with its song sequence, so you guys can imagine where they are concentrating more. Let’s hope we can survive this one as well. John Abraham’s serious take on Bollywood with Madras Café

In recent interview John Abraham said that he would like to change perception of people for Bollywood and he wants to show that Bollywood is not making typical kind of movies to Western people. John wants to show the world that Bollywood can definitely make some really good movies with serious cinema. He said that his latest film Madras Café is based on serious concept and it would be like an Indian Argo type of movie. Madras Café is political thriller with subject of terrorism. It has been directed by Shoojit Sircar who has given us wonderful films like Vicky Donor and Yahaan. John is playing an army officer and later on he joins the intelligence department and become a RAW agent. Nargis Fakhri is playing an international reporter. Madras Café is produced by John Abraham only and he is planning to do a solid marketing and his main target is North American market and he is in talks with Paramount pictures for a bigger release. It seems that Madras Café could be a heavy film in all sense as per the reports. It is set to be released in August, 2013. All the Best John, you are doing great. Cheers.

Munnabhai Chale Delhi is getting ready to hit the floors

Vidhu Vinod Chopra has confirmed that Munnabhai Chale Delhi, the 3^rd edition of Munnabhai series is in making. It will be now directed by Subhash Kapoor who has directed Phas Gaya Re Obama and Jolly LLB. Rajkumar Hirani was supposed to be directing 3^rd edition of Munnabhai; however, it will be taken care by Subhash Kapoor now due to Raju’s tight scheduele of P.K. The film was titled Munnabhai Chale America earlier, but now it has been renamed as Munnabhai Chale Delhi. Vidhu Vinod Chopra said that he has discussed about this with Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi before roping Subhash Kapoor for this film and everything is going on with mutual understanding in positive way. It will be written by Abhijat Joshi and the start cast of main leads will be same with Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi as without them Munnabhai can’t be done. Munnabhai will march to Delhi by the end of this year and we’ll be able to see him in 2014. Let’s hope we get struck again by Munnabhai. 

Hollywood shouts the delay of “The Hobbit: There and Back Again”

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has left us badly waiting another part and without seeing 2^nd part we were already waiting for 3^rd edition of trilogy; however, this sad news has been published that 3^rd part of trilogy has been delayed. The Hobbit: There and Back Again was supposed to be released in summer of 2014 and now it has been delayed to end of 2014, so we will have wait an entire year for 3^rd addition after we see The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug in December, 2013. The Hobbit: There and Back Again has moved to end of 2014 and it has cleared the way for X-Men: Days of Future Past. The Hobbit: There and Back Again will be release in December, 2014 and it will set a lineup that all 3 parts of trilogy were released in December only. I can’t wait to see it anymore; however, we will have to wait as we do not have any option guys. Let’s hope we get nourished with best of The Hobbit.

Bollywood’s Gori Tere Pyaar Mein hits the floor

Gori Tere Pyaar Mein had hit the floor yesterday and going to rock soon. It’s the second movie of Puneet Malhotra who has given us I Hate Love Stories. Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’s Gori is Kareena Kapoor and the lover boy is Imran Khan. Shradaha Kapoor is also going to play an important part in a movie. It’s a Dharma Production venture and produced by Karan Johar. It would be a love story in triangle shape which is set up in a village. It will be definitely a musical and dance numbers will also be there to shake ourselves. The music will be scored by rocking duo Vishal-Shekhar. Some glimpse of the First Look for The Hangover 3

Heya fellas….we are badly waiting for The Hangover 3 and can’t wait till May, 2013 to see our wolfpack back. Here you go with some glimpse of the first look of The Hangover 3. The pictures are nourished with lovely Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms & Zach Galifianakis and they looking awesome as always.  I am so excited as we don’t know at all what’s going to happen this time and what is up with wolfpack this time? The director Todd Phillips has confirmed that this time there is no party or road trip or anything likes before; however, the wolfpack is back and they are going to rock our world for the last time. This will be the last edition in franchise of The Hangover. The shoot is still on and we will be able see the trailer very soon. It is all set to be released in May, 2013 and I wish nothing comes in between to delay the dates. Hey Wolfpack just fire on us as we are hell ready for you….What do you say my readers???

Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif are going to do Bang Bang

Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif are going to do Bang Bang. Hold up your imaginations readers this is not what you may be thinking, this is just a name of their next movie. Bang Bang is an upcoming movie of Bollywood which is a remake of Hollywoodmovie Knight and Day. Knight and Day had a wonderful pair of Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz; where as Bang Bang is going to have a pair of Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif. It will be directed by Sidharth Raj Anand who has given us Salaam-E-Namaste, Anjaana Anjaani, Bachna Ae Haseeno and some others. Bang Bang’s shooting would take place in Kashmir and it will start soon. The buzz is there that Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif are going to lock their lips tightly once again in extremely passionate way than they did in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and we may see some intimate scene too. Let’s hope that we get the best of it.

Mark Wahlberg has confirmed about the Entourage Movie

Entourage was a very successful, hit and most loved series of HBO. MarK Wahlberg was Executive Producer of Entourage series and it has ended in very well way with 8^th Season; however, people missed it so badly and everyone was looking forward for a movie on it. Mark Wahlberg has recently confirmed that he is making a movie based on Entourage series and it should hit the floors by this summer. The cast and crew would be most of the same as series; however, things needs to be organized properly and some things are yet to be finalized. It will be produced by Warner Brother Pictures and it should be released in summer of 2014. Mark said that story will take different turns, characters bounding will be very strong, female characters are strong and they will be there; however, it will be out an out for guys as always. Bollywood listens to Nautanki Saala Music Review

Nautanki Saala’s music is launched and it has received good start. I gotta tell you guys that music is really magical, mesmerizing and wonderful. It has been composed by Falak Shabir and Mikey McCleary. The album contains 13 tracks out of which 6 are original compositions, 2 old songs has been reprised and  4 remixes are there and one female version of the same song is there. Falak Shabir has sung, composed and penned one song named “Mera Mann Kehne Laga” and rest of the songs are creation of Mikey McCleary. The songs are very soft, soothing, heart touching with tingling lyrics. The lyrics have been penned by Kausar Munir which can make you feel kind of very nautanki from a different perception. Ayushmann Khurrana has lend his voice for 2 songs called “Tu Hi Tu” and “Saadi Gali Aaja” and he rocks again same as “Paani Da Rang” from Vicky Donor. Tu Hi Tu is an awesome composition and very well sung by Ayushmann Khurarna which will directly enter into your heart. All the songs are really beautiful guys. Please go ahead and explore this lovely music of Nautanki Saala. Hats off to Mikey McCleary, Falak Shabir and Ayushmann Khurrana.

Mohit Suri’s next is Villain with Riteish Deshmukh in negative role

Mohit Suri has recently married with sweet and sexy Udita Goswami and now he has geared up for his next venture named Villain. It will be made with co-production of Balaji Motion Pictures. Mohit has approached Riteish Deshmukh to play a negative character in Villain and it’s almost confirmed that he will do it. If Riteish is playing this one then it would be really great as it will be first time for him to play negative and we will see something different from him at last. Villain’s pre-production is still going and rest of the cast & crew is yet to be finalized. Let’s hope we can see a good movie coming out of Mohit Suri.

I Love New Year is a romantic comedy set in New York with same old typical masalas and Punjabi touch. It stars Sunny Deol and Kangana Ranaut in main roles. The trailer of I Love New Year is very average and there is nothing more exciting in movie. You will feel that you are watching same kind trailer of same kind of movie which you have already seen for enough time with new faces and places. The movie would be nice for those who are fans of Sunny Deol and Kangana Ranaut and who wants just regular entertainment. The direction has been completed under the charge of RadhikaRao & Vinay Sapru. It has been produced by T-Series and music has been played by Pritam to dance on lyrics of SaeedQuadri & Mayur Puri. The movie should be released in April, 2013. Let’s see how it goes for Sunny Deol this time….

Adam Sandler is planning a rom-com for his next

Adam Sandler is god gifted artist of Hollywood with plenty of talent and he never gives us a chance to complaint no matter what he does. Adam was working on Western comedy Ridiculous Six for Paramount Pictures; however, it has caught up in some issues. Adam Sandler is looking forward to a romantic comedy from Warner Brothers Pictures which is penned by Ivan Menchell and Claire Sera. It does have a soft, soothing and unique concept as always like an Adam Sandler movie have. It’s a story of a couple who goes on a blind date and gets a surprise of children from their previous marriages. That’s kinda nice one fellas…ain’t it? Adam Sandler is all set to do this one; however, the title, director and other crew is yet to be finalized. The rumors are there that Adam’s old companion Drew Barrymore may get signed as a female lead. Their pair is awesome and beautiful as they have amazed us in very wonderful way in 50 First Dates and Wedding Singer. I hope this movie comes soon as it sounds really exciting one.

Sameer Sharma and Amit Trivedi will start Jugalbandi

Sameer Sharma has made a very beautiful and different film Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana. It was not that successful on Bollywood’s box-office; however, it was made in very well manner and it was really worth watching. Sameer Sharma is now planning to make a movie on Indian classical music for today’s youth. It takes a very courageous heart to make this kind of movie in this era; however, this is the best time to make experiment as Bollywood is flowing in various genres and audiences are widely spread to accept things. It’s named as Jugalbandi and it will be a story of a teacher and student based on Indian classical music with nourishment of different ragas and gharanas. The toughest part for this movie won’t be a star cast or location or budget, but it will be the music as to provide a very proper Indian classical music to today’s youth with necessary modern touch with all respect to values of classical is hell of a hard job. Sameer Sharma has chosen the rising maestro of music for this toughest job and he is our beloved Amit Trivedi. I am sure that Amit Trivedi will nailed it as he is an immeasurable sea of talent and he has proven that he can make wonders again and again. I think he is the perfect choiuce as a music director.
